During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the warm welcome and the spacious room with practical elements like a ski-room and parking. The food is also good, and I enjoyed the local wines. the location is terrific, right in the center of the ski resort town and close to lifts and bars.
I was not happy with the water quality in the private spa, which had greasy spots and brown foam that made it unusable. the TV signal in the room was very poor, and most of the listed channels were not working.

Cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were excellent, including the spa. The ski-room offered convenient cabinets and an efficient drying system. Staff were friendly and helpful, despite limited English language skills. To top it all off, breakfast was superb!

Spent a fantastic Easter week in this cozy and welcoming family-run hotel. the Italian cuisine was absolutely delicious, with various breakfast options and mouth-watering dinner menus. the wellness center was a real paradise, with a splendid sauna and relaxing steam bath. the hotel's central location, a stone's throw away from ski lifts and the lively town center, was definitely a plus and it was great to wander around after a long day of skiing.
Although the room was generally clean and comfortable, there were a few issues with limited space for ski equipment. the private spa pool was a little disappointing, with the water appearing grubby and cloudy.

Our ski holiday in this family-run hotel was fantastic! the hotel's perfect location near the Tagliede ski lift allowed us to easily hit the slopes and explore the city. the friendly staff and cozy rooms, complete with top-notch mattresses, made us feel at home. Plus, the Italian cuisine and good wines at acceptable prices were delicious! the relaxing wellness area with a sauna and hammam was a definite perk.
We were a little disappointed with the poor TV signal in our room, which only had a limited number of channels working.
